Y’all came out quickly and were so helpful. Casey was reassuring and competent, and showed me a few things for safety without making me feel like an idiot. I have a daughter graduating college and looking for her own place, who is so worried about home maintenance and repair. He is exactly who I hope she finds when she needs a repair tech!
