Blake was so nice and personable! He was quickly able to identify the issue with our ice maker, show me how to check it in future and ordered us a replacement. He was back within a few days once the replacement came in and installed quickly. He stayed to make sure the new ice maker was communicating with the fridge properly and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend him for any future appliance repairs!!
