Steve came out to assess our washing machine, found the problem quickly and ordered the part. We scheduled for him to come back a few day later once the part had arrived. He worked hard and efficiently and fixed out washer (it no longer sounds like a spaceship taking off!) He was very kind and engaging with our 19mo old son who wanted to watch as well.

Steve was timely and gave me a call before heading out to the house. I explained that my oven was not holding temp at higher settings (ex: 425/450) and asked him to check the oven at those temperatures because this is the third time we have had issues with our oven not maintaining the set temperature. He only checked the temperature at 350, and when I asked him to check at the higher temperatures over the phone he said that if it's holding at 350, it should hold up the higher temperatures and he was not going to check it. He also instructed me to read my user manual in a condescending tone as if I don't know how to use an oven. The issue hasn't been resolved and I've had to schedule another tech from a different company to come out.

When I repair man arrived, he went right to work. Very friendly very knowledgeable. We have just had the refrigerator delivered and there were some issues we had so Frigidaire contacted them to come out and repair it for us. I think they are my new repair people. He went above and beyond the call of duty to do a few extra things like level the refrigerator as well as the doors. The delivery people were supposed to do this, but they didn’t.
