This saga began 09/10/25, the first appointment that was scheduled to check into the problem. A new compressor was ordered and another appointment was scheduled 09/17/25 for installation. Compressor was replaced. On 09/18/25 I woke up to error messages blinking on both sides of the fridge control panel. The freezer temp was 50 degrees, fridge side 70 degrees. I immediately called Hometown and was informed they wouldn’t be able to send the repairman out until 09/23/25. Six days. I had already lost most of the food in both the fridge and the freezer. I went and purchased a dorm fridge so I could have milk and eggs. When the repairman arrived on 09/23/25 he found Freon leaking out around the copper fittings. After he completed the repair I asked him to help me understand why the Freon was leaking out and he said he didn’t get everything properly installed. Completely unnecessary and unacceptable. When I asked him about Hometown reimbursing me for food loss, he suggested I call Frigidaire. When I called Frigidaire, they said it wasn’t their responsibility since this 15-month-old refrigerator was out of warranty.

Very Helpful, on time, and friendly!! I would recommend and of course, would use this company again.

Steve came out to assess our washing machine, found the problem quickly and ordered the part. We scheduled for him to come back a few day later once the part had arrived. He worked hard and efficiently and fixed out washer (it no longer sounds like a spaceship taking off!) He was very kind and engaging with our 19mo old son who wanted to watch as well.
