"Unit is a double wall oven, has a miswired error code stored. Can not diagnose, must return with oven lift, rescheduling for Monday. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/24 MON PM"

"Changed out control board. Tested unit, checks okay."

"Unit has f6e1 error, unit over temp when heating. Going into diagnostic tests without activating anything broil element was turning on, tested several times, always stuck on. Put into normal bake and relay still stuck. Removed power from unit. Control board looks okay visually, removed and reset connections. Restored power to unit and it was no longer stuck. Spoke to PM and advised of issue and suggested repair as it is likely to get stuck again. Customer to call tomorrow and determine if she wants to do repair."

Customer had video of unit making noises. Adjusted leg on unit and tightened down hater assy screws. Unit not cost effective longer making noises. Adjusted vent hose. Advised customer unit can move slightly over time causing vent hose to shift and cause noise.
