Tech replaced heater tested unit unit now heating

This unit has a warped freezer door and warped refrigerator door also where the original installers installed they reversed the doors and over tightened the screws as seen in pictures causing mullion to warp this makes this unit non repairable its 4 years old this is not customer abuse of product there would have been no way the customer/tenant could have caused this damage

Previous repair company (advanced appliance ) sent (Judah) out to make a repair per customer he replaced capacitor I have no idea how you can plug the harness in backwards but somehow previous tech installed harness to capacitor upside down and it wasnt making full connection to capacitor I unplugged and reinstalled correctly and ran diag test unit now operating as should
