This refrigerator has been an issue for over a month.. Blake did an excellent job trying to fix it.. but.. waiting over ten days for parts.. everything ruined.. putting unneeded stress on me.. is unexceptable.. Donna also was very helpful.. when I called to check and see if my parts came in ..one of the employees acted like I was a nuisance and said they would call when it came in.. it is the holidays and i didn’t have a refrigerator.. dealing with Donna and Blake they have been nothing but helpful.. I am not happy with the other one.. I think there shouldn’t be that long to get parts.. then.. when I called to ask the number to Frigerdare the employee told me they closed out my case the 13th.. and acted like I was bothering her.. she shouldn’t be helping customers that are in need if she can’t be polite.. I’m very upset about the experience with this refrigerator..
