This unit is cooling they have so much food packed in this freezer you literally can not even take it out its bowing the freezer glass down almost to the point its going to break and the door is not closing properly due to the amount of food in the freezer they will have to make arrangements to get food out at this point I cant even defrost it landlord is removing food and letting it defrost due to it being so packed in its froze in there cant be taken out

Tech replaced the door hinges and shims tested door unit checks fine

Unit has melted solenoid will not drain needs timer and solenoid with armature ordered parts ; ordrng 1 WD21X33640 (Timer) and 1 WD1X1316 (Armature) and 1 WD21X10268 (Solenoid)
