Very professional and knew exactly what was wrong. Put the party in and when I called him back, he told me exactly what to do and they called me back the next morning to check on how it was doingwas doing very satisfied.

Steve was in and out within 15 minutes. I was blown away on how fast and accurate he was in changing the heating element in our dryer. He’s a credit to his profession.

Everything was done as scheduled. I was quite pleased at the prompt friendly service I received.

It required 3 trips to repair our Frigidaire French door Frig/freezer but the repair service was the most helpful & reliable company we have worked with since moving to Foxfire, NC. This company is Frigidaire’s select repair service & we are very happy with them! They had to repair a new 7 month old freezer/frig & do so finding undiagnosed original causes. This also occurred just prior to Thanksgiving & the company & Steve, were truly dedicated to getting this fixed on a timely basis. We highly recommend this company & ideally hope not to require their services but feel confident they can provide the expertise & care should we require.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
