"Customer complained that the unit did not heat enough to dry the loads. Tech noticed that all the components works normal including a heater and thermostat, etc. Tech cleaned dusts and debris in the air way and the vent as shown in the picture, confirming it works properly. Tech also instructed the customer not to put too much loads at a time."
