"Customer complains that dry function doesnt do well and makes a noise. Tech processed the Hit Pump System Test from which compressor power doesnt reach to 275W and 6,000 rpm, but 157W and 2,700 rpm. If the compressor power is less than the those limited values, refrigerant leaks and compressor faulty are suspected. Further review is needed for the issue.; schdld next appmnt for 10/15 THU !"

"Not drying or washing, spray arm stuck to the heater. Will need the spray arm.; ordrng 1 WD22X33499 (Spray arm)"

"Installed new capacitor and diode switch, the problem still continues, theres no additional parts needed to replace, unit is not repairable."

"Installed ctrl board and water valve, refrigerator still not getting water or making ice, found unit needing a new water filter housing."

"The fresh section was not cool enough. Tech figured out that the air from the frozen section was not strong since the defrost heater came apart and melted the plastic air way from which cold air was leaking. Tech tightened the heater and fixed the melted gap with aluminum tape, confirming it works properly."
