$100 service fee to come over and tell my wife that they can’t get the part,collect the money and leave within five minutes. I found a part it’s on its way and now I have to pay them all over again to come out doesn’t seem fair.

We only order OEM parts (Original Equipment Manufacturer parts) because they are the exact parts recommended by the appliance manufacturer for proper fit, performance, and safety. When a customer supplies their own part, we are unfortunately unable to offer a warranty on the labor or the repair. In that case, any warranty issues with the part would need to be handled directly with the seller you purchased it from.
