"Replaced main board in washer, unit power on normal, but it started resetting on its own and it will not stop unless washer gets unplugged. Unable to perform further diagnostic due to unit not completing drain/reset. Washer was found in the garage during cold/freezing temperature and it mightve cause additional problems to the unit."

Jorge was on time and he was very professional. He explained the problem with my dryer and what he needed to do to fix it. He explained the charges upfront and asked if it was okay to proceed. My dryer was fixed and I haven’t had any issues since then. I recommend him for any appliance service.
