"Suds issue, customer is cleaning dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Instructed customer to scrape them off but dont wash. Also, dont use pods, need to use powder or liquid so they can use less. Could also be soft water."

Steve was very good. Plenty of warning as to when he will be here. The refrig corrected itself, but this morning at 7 am it started making a racket behind the area of the ice maker! We need this repaired!
