Technician was prompt and responsive. He was able to help fix our issue and had was very friendly. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

The Water/Ice maker on our fridge stopped working- after failing at finding the problem, we reached out to Hometown Appliance Repair & had a great experience. The communication, flexibility, and knowledge from Casey was incredibly helpful and worth while. Our part was on back order & the updates & scheduled time for repair was a quick turn around and he worked fast and efficiently. Highly recommend this guy- he was easy to communicate with, cleaned up as he worked and ensured service expectations were met.

Casey is an absolute professional. While he performed the repair he was kind enough to give me tips on routine maintenance and care of my garage disposal which he wasn’t even here to work on. I was especially impressed with all the tips he gave me. It was also time to change my fridge filter. I have limited use of one of my arms and he did this for me. The world needs more people like Casey who are not just performing a submitted work order but who go the extra mile. I will request Casey again should the need arise and will recommend Hometown Appliance repair to others and suggest they request him by name.
