Not only did he arrive promptly, but he also took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with my appliance and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. This was a very trying experience dealing with Electrolux/Frigidaire. I’m appliance stayed on top of everything and helped me through the process to get the job done ASAP.
