"Water barely dispensing. Removed filter and found filter is frozen. Defrosted filter, getting a burst of okay flow then goes back to minimal dispensing. Damper tests okay, not stuck, freezing filter. Pulled unit and checked valve, removed first connection from solenoid and found bad solenoid. Part was stuck and allowing trickle of water through at all times. Tenant had correct part 242252702. Advised tenant no guarantee on part or labor with supplied part, okayed using part. Replaced valve unit checks okay."
