"Tech checked unit, found ice buildup at Evap fan, defrosted completely, customer stated it freezes up every 3 months or so. Found defrost sensor in wrong place and cavity damage at front of freezer. Fixed the sensor. Unit shouldnt freeze Anymore but if it does it could be the cavity damage or a thermistor control issue. Defrost seems to be working though. Unit checks good. I Let Carlos know what was going on."
