"Cycled ice maker, cycles okay no issues found. Could see small buildup of ice at bottom of evap. Removed evap cover, no other ice buildup seen but could see wear on fan shroud. Fan runs okay at this time, put obstruction in fan to cause noise, customer stated that was the noise but louder. Nothing built up around fan at this time, they had left unit open and let defrost most likely removing ice around fan. Can see moisture around fill chute, water may be dripping and accumulating around fan shroud. Ordering chute. ; ordrng 1 W11645360 (Chute)"
