"Unit had long drain, communication error and off balance error stored. Can not duplicate communication error. Customer stated unit will sometimes not drain, drain always running, but lifting front of unit will kick it in to drain. Ran normal cycle empty, no errors occurred but did not fill as much as expected. ran diagnostic test, no issues. Pressure hose checks okay. Attempted to remove wash basket to see if there was a floating obstruction between tub and drain. Wash basket is seized to gear case and couldnt remove. No obstructions found at drain pump. Ran calibration. Ran normal cycle again, unit filled to appropriate level, unit did drain slow after filling more. May have had a sensor issue, pump doesnt seem to run at full strength. No repair at this time, customer to replace pump."
