"Checked for error codes, had same codes stored long fill and lid lock error. Attempted to clear and check again, codes are not clearing. Ran unit on regular load. Filling at beginning of cycle both valves actuated on and off. Getting towards end of fill sensing unit had stopped filing but could hear attempted actuation of water valve for sensing. Attempt happened several times then unit drained out. Put into manual test mode and initially cold valve still didnt activate. Removed console to test valve directly and then started working. Started normal cycle again after filling then attempting to turn water valve back on, unit not dispensing but being sent 120v. Solenoid on cold valve is getting stuck after a time and no longer able to open. Unit needs water valve W11210463. Customer declined repair."

"On original visit unit would not come out of ER mode could not test or activate anything. Customer stated now error comes back every 2-4 cycles but if he cuts breaker off and on, it will reset. Unit has 120v power supply. Tested line to ground and read 70v, N to ground was reading 17v. Had customer turn breaker back off and still read 5v. Advised customer to leave unit powered off and contact electrician to remedy electric issue."
