"Checked for error codes, had same codes stored long fill and lid lock error. Attempted to clear and check again, codes are not clearing. Ran unit on regular load. Filling at beginning of cycle both valves actuated on and off. Getting towards end of fill sensing unit had stopped filing but could hear attempted actuation of water valve for sensing. Attempt happened several times then unit drained out. Put into manual test mode and initially cold valve still didnt activate. Removed console to test valve directly and then started working. Started normal cycle again after filling then attempting to turn water valve back on, unit not dispensing but being sent 120v. Solenoid on cold valve is getting stuck after a time and no longer able to open. Unit needs water valve W11210463. Customer declined repair."

"Found rime ice buildup all around dispenser cup and ice bin. Ice flap seemed slightly propped open from ice or debris. Cleared out ice, dispenser seals okay. Tenant stated unit had warmed on FF side and had alert going off but seemed to cool down but not as well. Tested damper, it opens and closes okay but getting minimal air flow through damper. Removed entire back cover of evap, cleared out ice. Air still not flowing properly to FF side. Found lower air return between FF and freezer blocked with ice. Cleared out ice, air now flows as it should. Advised tenant to monitor freezer if rime ice starts accumulating again unit would need new dispenser assy - 240563638"

"Tenant stated unit has a puddle form every couple days and ice maker doesnt work. Someone else came and turned off water supply. Drain is clogged causing unit to leak when it defrosts. Tested ice maker, will cycle but does not call for water. Ran test again testing valve test points on IM V-N, did not send 120v to valve. Ice maker is bad and needs to be replaced.
