Installed valves they are now sending water but water line is frozen in door used ge test tool to insure all water was flowing properly and it is except for the door icemaker water fill line it is frozen in the door I tried to defrost it and even tried to blow nitrogen through the line it wouldnt budge there is no way to service this issue other then replacing the door I called Assurant to inform of issue and the gentleman I got apparently wasnt tracking what I was trying to tell him he kept saying he doesnt understand why it needs a door for an issue the customer didnt know they had when they did know because they called in for no ice. He kept me on hold for 15 mins I disconnected and called back they do not replace doors they processed replacement
