When tech fully removed the r600 the compressor was all the way out of unit no refrigerant in unit was coming out was de braising the clipped connections it appears there was a restriction on the suction line and the torch heated it enough to blow out igniting ghe r600 coming out of line from evaporator causing it to low a lighter like flame out of line I was able to extinguish it without damage to customer home however the flame caused the liner wire harness connector to melt I tried to clip it to make it work but it wouldnt work called Assurant and explained to John what happened this would make the unit non repairable no parts were installed

"Could not duplicate issue at this time, customer had video, sounds like a fan issue. Ran internal fans and unit checks okay. Found condenser fan not running in machine compartment. Connection to fan was loose, touching wires was starting/stopping fan. Unplugged and reset connection. Fan now runs okay, not making any noises and power to competent is secure. Checks okay."
