"Unit cooling okay at this time, tenant had unplugged unit and let defrost. Unit had moisture in FF and freezer sections. Found that gasket was not sealing completely on bottom of fridge door causing issue. If door was shut and pushed close gap would seal but separate after some time. Attempted to form seal but would not close gap with door being shut without force. Found hinge slightly bent by cabinet. Removed doors and adjusted hinge. Door now closes and seals okay just by shutting door normally."
