"Unit running but not cooling properly. Found unit not defrosting blocking air flow causing improper cooling on unit. Can activate defrost but does not heat properly, reading fluctuating power at defrost. UI had gotten stuck and didnt accept commands. Defrosted unit, to allow cooling until repair can be completed.
