"Not a recall. Customer stated unit did one load then had issue on next load. Unit does not have f3e1 pressure sensor fault, it had f8e1 long fill error. Customer had tried washing normal loads while hot water was turned off causing issue. Hot water supply has now been fixed and turned back onto unit. Ran diagnostic test, unit checks okay. Ran normal cycle unit went through sensing and fill to wash, drained and filled for rinse without issue. Advised customer due to last load being interrupted while running, testing unit has built up a significant amount of suds and advised to let cycle finish out and possible run another to clear all suds or could get pressure error again. Unit checks okay."

"Unit had stuck button and water inlet temp errors stored. Attempting to go into diagnostic test, unit would skip through tests. Was able to go into component activation and test functions. Found belt and cam worn causing noises, guard is missing from under gear case. Agitator was not installed correctly causing bad agitation. Attached agitator correctly and tested, functions okay. Was able to release button and got unit through test cycle only noises heard through test are belt and cam.
