"Unit had water standing on bottom of fridge compartment and flex drawer. Customer stated issue had started around changing the filter, then reset filter and seemed to lessen/ go away. Dried up all water, ran water valve filling numerous cups and cycled ice maker did not see any more water leak. Did not see any water issues from a defrost issue. Unit checks okay, most likely had leaked from filter being inserted improperly."
