"Unit off and warm on arrival. Plugged in unit to run then perform tests. Plugged in unit, ran for 5 minutes at the most, then cooling cut off. Unit didnt go into defrost. Tested unit, found evap thermistor measuring 300 ohms. Took thermistor and moved to working freezer, let sit for several minutes and tested again, same result, thermistor is stuck, reading is not changing unit believes it is cool and not turning on. Replaced thermistor, let unit run, checks okay, advised customer to monitor unit."

Followed Electrolux tech tip, fill heater checks okay, but there was an air gap around the heater cup. Sealed air gaps with duct tape per tip. Unit okay."
