This unit was not dead. Had power. Was washing. Customer did not call in for dead dishwasher no power. Ge set it up as such.. the customers complaint has apparently been the same since she first called in 4 or 5 companies ago . Everyone has been coming out throwing parts at this unit for a leak tech arrived at home turned dishwasher on unit started washing sprayed some water out the door .. tech stopped operation with water in unit looked all over and then removed the lower spray arm tech then found that the lower spray arm was melted at the end. Apparently this had been missed by major appliances a&e factory service and a few other companies I ordered the spray arm with ge whole sale but the order# is on the other side of ticket now so I cant put it on unit needs spray arm to stop leak thats the only issue ; saved tckt
