On prior visit when going to perform repair water was going through filter head, but not valve, thought line had been traced incorrectly, when going to change valve found no more water through filter head. Found frozen reservoir and frozen line in freezer door. Able to get water through everything but door. Foam in door is degraded causing line to continuously freeze/unfreeze depending on cooling. Would need a new freezer door WR78X12897, part is NLA."
