Tech tested unit checked power and all components tech found the heat cycle selector switch wasnt fully on high temp it was a hair past it causing no heat tech turned heat cycle selector knob to high heat and was able to get the unit back to heating tech advised customer how to ensure the cycle is fully selected for heat unit now heating working as it should

Front right shock broke unit had unbalanced load and shock broke banging tub arround breaking tub ring and valve there is a dent in front of cabinet it has been there for a bit cust is aware of it however tech replaced all 4 shocks tech replaced broke tub ring and replaced valve tech tested unit for leaks and tested operation found no leaks and unit is now level unit checks fine at this time no further issues inst cust on loads and load sizes

Tech replaced the water filter and purged the lines to remove air bubble also replaced carbon filter and reset the alarms for both the air filter and water filter tech blew out drain line with nitrogen to insure no clogs and then replaced icemaker dispenser module and cleaned the area where it mounts to insure proper seal tech removed all repair generated trash and swept the floor since its raining and there was some grass on floor texted mrs Crowell as she requested when repair was done and I turned water back on behind refrigerator everything checks fine
