"Unit had error codes stored for motor, lid lock, and shifter. All components tested okay in diagnostic tests. Ran a normal cycle and unit filled and went to wash, customer stated unit was previously not filling at all. Can not duplicate issue at this time, but when winding down spin cycle can hear bearing starting to wisp and grind, gear case and shifter are wearing out. Submitting estimate of repair if necessary."
