Cust only had general operation questions tech went over settings turning icemaker on and off inst cust unit checks fine no issues

Unit has a bad electrical issue there is a short somewhere in unit not the switches its either in the transformer or the magnetron or the corresponding wiring inst cust we went through3x 20 amp fuses to try and find the short he decided since unit was so old they were going to replace I did have to uninstall unit to diagnose cust asked me to leave it out and put in garage

There is no issue with this unit mr Williams was very combative and attempted to call hometown office thinking we were lowes and his warranty he became very hostile towards me because I wasnt lowes .. I tried to explain to him that Lowes/assurant contracts repair companies like hometown to do repairs there is no lowes repair man he was very upset that unit was working as it should he said the unit wasnt cooling its freezing then not making ice the bin was full then he said it wasnt dispensing ice it did his wife verified for him its dispensing crushed and cubed he became more irate and said well its making a noise whats the noise its making I heard no noise unit is running cooling making and dispensing water and ice there is no noise he started screaming and yelling at me and saying we were the same people who came out from a different appliance company I ended up walking out of customers home I called Assurant and had him flagged as a hostile customer and service provider abuser they notated this and findings of no mechanical issues he was screaming when I left Assurant wont be sending any other providers out
