"Frost pattern on evap appears okay. Freezer is cooling okay, items frozen. Poor airflow to fridge side, can not get damper to open. Ice maker will not cycle. Will need damper and ice maker. Spoke with Heather at Ace, approved work to be done. Changed out parts, damper opened and had proper air flow to fridge side. Ice maker cycled okay. Checks okay. Advised customer to monitor unit for up to 48 hrs to ensure cooling. ; used 1 242303001 (Damper), and 1 241798231 (Ice maker) from stock"

Customer stated ice maker had not been working. Found layer of ice on bottom of freezer compartment. Fill cup on ice maker was frozen over causing water to leak into bottom every time it went to fill. Removed blockage from ice maker and removed layer of ice from bottom of freezer. Unit checks okay at this time.
