"Freezer is cooling okay, fridge is warm. Found evap fan not running, it is receiving power. Changed out evap fan. When going to plug unit back in found power cord damaged(pictured). Tested unit on different outlet with extension cord. Fan came on and unit started running okay. Advised tenant of safety issue on outlet/ cord. Left unit unplugged at this time. ; used 1 5303918549 (Evap fan) from stock"

"Tested unit, can see accumulation of water under unit from when it had issue. Put some water in unit ran and drained it, no leak found leak found. Ran water down standpipe, checks okay. Ran normal cycle, unit ran okay could not make unit leak at this time."

Steve arrived within the window of time set for my appointment. Due to the code I relayed to the call taker and description of the issue, the part needed was ordered ahead of the appointment and put in in a timely manner at the appointment. The part did not come in prior to my original appointment but the office called me ahead of the original scheduled appointment to advise me so that I wasn’t sitting there, waiting for no reason. I can’t blame the business as they don’t control the supplier or shipping chain. As soon as the part arrived, I was called and put on the schedule for the next business day. I am completely satisfied with the service and will use them again. On a side note, Steve showed me what the issue was with the part that went bad and advised that the water supply lines should be changed about every five years and made a recommendation on what kind of supply lines should be used. This kind of customer service is what consumers appreciate and will keep people coming back to them. They will continue to get my business as long as this is the service I get. They’ve already been added to my phones contact list.
